I had a wonderful two-week stay at this beautiful park, surrounded by lush gardens and plenty of tropical vibes. The staff, including Garry, Karen, and Joel, were exceptionally welcoming and made my visit memorable. The amenities were clean, but I did notice some areas could use some attention. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for nature lovers and those looking to explore the Atherton Tablelands, but I recommend respecting their rules for a blissful experience.

The spaces were comfortable, providing a great place to relax and enjoy full cooking facilities. However, the park could benefit from some updates to truly shine.

The service was outstanding. I felt assisted from the moment I arrived as they helped me smoothly park my van, and the staff were consistently friendly.

The location is perfect for traveling around the Atherton Tablelands and exploring nearby attractions. It’s close enough to enjoy the sites but removed enough for peace and quiet.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The pet-friendly cabin was clean but very basic, lacking essential toiletries and comfortable seating. The elevated price for a pet-friendly option was disappointing. However, the pool area was fantastic and the gardens looked just like the pictures. Overall, I expected more for the price and would only recommend it for a short stay.

My stay at the park hotel had its ups and downs. The new owners have made significant improvements, and the park grounds are beautifully maintained, but the guest service could use some refinement, especially when it comes to handling disputes. The facilities are decent, but a few updates would really enhance the experience for guests with pets. Overall, it offers good value for the price, though there are some areas needing attention.

Rooms

The cabin was comfortable with a great bed and full cooking facilities, but it had a slight mouldy smell and felt a bit outdated.
Service

While the new owners are accommodating, the service can falter during misunderstandings, leading to some tension.

The park offers grassy sites with concrete pads, but the amenities could use more attention, like providing a shower curtain and more facilities for pets.

I had a fantastic stay at this park! The new owners have obviously made some great improvements, and the grounds are stunningly maintained. The location is perfect for exploring the Atherton Tablelands, and the pool is an added bonus for cooling off. However, I did find the stone cottage a bit misleading in terms of sleeping arrangements, and there were some cleanliness issues that need attention.

Rooms

The stone cottage was nicely renovated but had a misleading sleeping arrangement with only a double bed. There were some cleanliness issues.

The caravan park had well-kept grassy sites with concrete pads, making it easy to keep everything clean. The managers were incredibly friendly and always working to improve the property. However, there were some drawbacks like a lack of basics in the amenities and limited water options, which made it less ideal for longer stays. Overall, for $30 a night, I found it to be a fair deal if you plan on staying for a short time.

Rooms
7.0
Even though it was a camping space, the area was spacious and airy, allowing for a comfortable stay. However, there was no shower curtain, leaving the dressing area wet.
Service

The managers were a lovely couple who were eager to help and always working on improvements. However, there were some discrepancies regarding the response to concerns.
Location

It's a few kilometers out of town, which is perfect for exploring the nearby attractions. However, some maintenance is needed as the area felt a bit untidy.
Dining
Facilities

The amenities were decent but could use some upgrades, like a proper camp kitchen and hot water in the kitchen sink.
